Race Registration:

Midwest Masters

Membership

To compete with Midwest Masters, four things are required:

USSA Masters General Racer Eligibility

In order to participate in any USSA sanctioned competition, athletes must be members of USSA. To participate in USSA Masters events, athletes must be:

1) at least 18 years old and hold a USSA Masters membership, or,

2) be between the ages of 18 and 24 and hold a USSA Student membership, or,

3) be at least 18 years old and purchase a temporary USSA membership which is good for one event (generally a weekend of racing). This membership option can be purchased for a maximum of two events before a full membership must be purchased.

Temporary and Full USSA Masters Licenses

Possession of a USSA license is required to compete. It certifies your eligibility to enter sanctioned races. For racers who wish to compete only in a specific competition, a temporary membership license may be obtained at registration. A temporary license is $25 and is only valid for a single "event" (typically a weekend of racing), and may only be purchased on two separate occasions per season. For more information about USSA membership and competition licenses, visit the Alpine Masters section of the USSA web site.

Midwest Masters Membership

Membership in the Midwest Masters is optional, but recommended. Your Midwest Masters membership includes scheduled training opportunities, a permanently assigned stretch racing bib, access to Midwest Masters races, on-line results, invites to banquets and parties, camaraderie and much more!
