I would like to take this opportunity to introduce you to Midwest Masters, our distinctive and exciting Adult Alpine Ski Racing Program.

Midwest Masters is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization registered as Midwest  Alpine Ski Association, Inc. We are in the business of promoting and providing high quality, well-organized ski racing competition for participants 18 years of age and older. The program is unique in that it is affiliated with the U.S. Ski and Snowboard Association (USSA), which brings national recognition to skiing and ski racing right here in the Midwest.

As a 501(c)(3) tax entity, your donations are tax deductible. Please consult with your own tax advisor to determine the deductibility of your sponsorship amount.

Our races take place in the Greater Midwest area at venues in Minnesota, Wisconsin and Michigan. Each year, our races in Marquette, Michigan serve as National Qualifiers for the USSA Masters National Championships . We are also hosts to the Cyr Cup, an Western and Eastern Championships for the Division.

With each season unquestionably surpassing our expectations, we are eagerly looking forward to improving upon those past successes and continuing to further our goals. These goals are:

• Continued program expansion
• Gaining further national recognition
• Shaping our reputation as an elite Midwest adult ski-racing program

As you are well aware, administrating a successful non-profit program takes a combination of efforts. We are fortunate to have an experienced Board of Directors, dedicated volunteers and close to 100 racers in addition to the generosity of sponsors who believe in the success of this program.

With any non-profit organization, sponsorship is an essential ingredient in facilitating success. Therefore, the continued growth and success of Midwest Masters necessitates building favorable partnerships. Our partners can expect many exclusive benefits from their contributions such as: affiliations with the promotion of Alpine Ski Racing, an expression of positive imagery for local community efforts, and brand building through a variety of advertising mechanisms.

Levels of Sponsorship and Associated Benefits

Becoming involved with Midwest Masters is an ideal way to take advantage of your company's marketing and community dollars. Sponsorship opportunities can be expressed in varying levels of support as well as customized to meet your company's objectives in delivering an impressionable brand building partnership.

Blue Package - $2,500 and above

• Plaque of appreciation for you to display.
• Company's logo on the Midwest Master's traveling equipment trailer.
  (Champion partners are granted the predominant image.)
• Feature article in Fast Times, the official newsletter, circulated to 400 individuals.
• Opportunities to display company banner on-site at area events.
• Two complementary one year Midwest Masters memberships. (Allows company representatives to compete in all racing competitions for the sponsored year. *)
• Two complementary tickets to the Year-end Awards Banquet.
• Recognition of being a sponsor through publications, e.g.  website, promotional materials, news releases, event announcements, year-end awards banquet, T-shirts (when produced), video productions (when produced), etc.
• Direct website interface to your company's website.
• Opportunity to distribute company materials and participant gifts.

Red Package - $1,500

White Package - $1,000

• Company's logo on the Midwest Master's traveling equipment trailer.
• Recognition of being a sponsor through publications, e.g.  the official newsletter, website, promotional materials, news releases, event announcements, year-end awards banquet, T-shirts (when produced), video productions (when produced), etc.

Contributing Package - $500

• Letter of appreciation for you to display.

* USSA membership is required and is the responsibility of each individual. Supplemental race fees apply to races designated as USSA National qualifiers.
