We have expanded our popular camp to 2 days of GS training.  Saturday will start with drills and gate training with video in the morning.  During the afternoon we will hold a "Mock" race that will introduce new racers to Midwest Masters experience.  Our coaches and staff will lead you through registration, bibs, course inspection, the start order and then have you take two timed runs.  We will share results and answer any questions that come up along the way.

Sunday will focus solely on Gates and video training to improve your technique, line, and make this your fastest season.
